We will gladly refund any unused item in the original packaging as it was received. An RMA number must be requested within 3 days of receiving your item. To request an RMA please email us at support@jplgoods.com Once the item has been returned and verified to be in original condition a refund will be immediately issued to the paying paypal account less shipping & handling charges. You will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item to us.

Items are shipped directly from the manufacture to your door. Most items ship within 1-5 business days of payment via FedEx Ground.

We only ship to 48 contiguous states. No international, APOs or PO Box orders.
